About Tom Boyle
Tom Boyle is a licensed broker in both Illinois and Wisconsin, and specializes in industrial property. Tom has guided clients on complex build to suit projects, and leasing assignments in all of the 22 sub-markets that comprise the Chicago market, portfolio management and leasing, and assisted manufacturers on material flow and municipal incentives.
Tom is also the current President of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) Chicago Board of Directors, and is a past President of the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE)
